A unique Masterclass on innovation tools and techniques that offers you the opportunity to participate in a live Innovation Corners at one of the world’s most innovative technology companies. MBDA’s Innovation Corner will feature tools and techniques to help you build your own innovative capability and stimulate innovation in your organisation. You will hear about the MBDA Innovation programme, how it started and who the players are. You will find out how to use Collaborative Working effectively in multidisciplinary teams. There will be opportunities to talk to MBDA staff about their innovation experiences, hearing first-hand about their varied journeys along the innovation timeline.
Knowledge management is critical to great innovation, and techniques to capture, codify and apply knowledge will be explored during the day, enabling you to improve your ability assimilate and use knowledge around you in a more structured and impactful way.
This masterclass will also look at the practical aspects of engaging in any innovation, such as intellectual property and protecting your idea, building the business case to make your idea happen, testing the market and learning to fail fast.
Throughout the day, innovation experts at MBDA will take you through examples of their own innovations, giving a context to how their innovations techniques have reaped real results. They will show the ways in which innovation has been successfully inculcated through the culture of MBDA, and demonstrate inspirational case-studies that have driven the innovation challenge in the company.
Participants will be able to interact with all the activities at Innovation Corner, and will be able to try out their own ideas on MBDA’s innovation gurus. If you want to know about Innovation, this Masterclass is a day not to be missed.
